2010 - Stepherd's Centre Foundation

Hope everyone have a joyful and great tiger year :)

Good News! We manage to collect total RM14690 for the charity in year 2010 :) Yes! We break our last year record again! Please accept my sincerest appreciation for your supports and contributions.


06-Feb-2010, we paid a visit to Shepherd’s Centre Foundation in Semenyih. Shepherd’s Center Foundation is a foster home for children who are orphaned, abandoned, abused and neglected children from broken families. The center has now about 103 children with youngest age 3 years and oldest kid is 22 years old.

We got the list from center person in charge ... this time, the funds are sufficient for us to buy more and "BIG" stuff, such as electrical stuff, medicine, and some dairy need to the center as per request.

Pensonic Electric Kettle - 10
Elba Water Dispenser - 2
Wall Fans - 4
Rice, sugar, chili powder, milk powder, condense milk, laundry powder, dish washer, floor cleaner detergent, softener, Paracetamol, Dabroline and etc etc etc ... the list was too long to itemize one by one ...



Around 11am, we arrived the Stepherd's Center, they were a group of people playing games with the children. However, even though most of them were enjoy playing, we have many of them  to welcome our arrival by saying h. Ppls walked toward us to shake the hand, or give us a big smile :) 

Visiting orphanage house, the feeling was not as hard as disabled center. At least, more joyful and more laughing sound in the center.

The person in charge guided us to a hall and start telling the history of the founder. At the same time, some of the children start to sit closer and closer to us and trying to play with us; and some of them start playing puppets in front of the partition to attract us to play with them :) We spent times to talk and play with them, but I think, next time, we should arrange some performance and games to play together with them. I believe this may bring them with more happiness and memorable.

Time to distribute goody bags prepared by Linlin's cousin. Amazing that, the children in the center were so polite and behave. They all line-up themself quickly for the presennts and none of them forgot to say Thank you. I really want to salute to the person in charge and the person who work there. They can train up this big group of children with such a great manner and attitude.

The scenery recall me with a song from my daughter:
"Jumping queue, jumping queue no no no ...
Grumbling, grumbling no no no ...
Be polite, be patience yes yes yes ... " :)

  We are organizing a charity event to visit Guardian Angels Home , a place that shelters and cares for 18 children, from as young as 2 months to 15 years old. With your incredible support, our 2025 charity fund has reached RM45,000 - exceeding our target. We truly couldn’t have come this far without each of you. 在大家的全力支持下，我们 2025 年的慈善基金已筹集到 RM 45,000 -  超出了原本的目标。没有你们，我们无法走到今天，非常感恩每一位的付出。 We spent RM33,800 in the solar system including future supports and services. This will help lift a heavy financial burden from the center. This long-term solution will significantly reduce their electricity bills and support them in the years to come.  我们投入了 RM33,800 用于安装太阳能系统 ，并包含未来的支持与服务。这将大大减轻中心的经济负担。作为一项长期方案，它能显著降低中心的电费，并在未来的许多年持续为他们提供帮助。   We also allocated RM9,000 to sponsor their daily necessities, including rice, canned food, noodles, laundry detergent, medicine, supplement, milk powder, and many other essential supplies to support their everyday needs.
