Diary - 2013 Coming Event




17-Jan-2013 (Thurs)
As of today, we have reached and far overachieved our 20K target. The total donation is now stand at RM24410, which give us 25% increased as compared to last year. Kindly please send me your very final list with updated donators details if any by latest tomorrow.

14-Jan-2013 (Mon)
Over the weekend, we have just received additional few thousands from you all. With that we delivered well above our 2012 targets for RM20000. We have increased our donation fund by 10% as of today to RM22060.

There is only one way to describe the journey that has gone by – Phenomenal! I am humbled by this great result and owe a big Thank You to each and every one of you.

We are on the right path. Let’s keep it that way!

P.S.. if possible, we would request you to send us your final list by this latest Thursday, and not just the lump sum. Please avoid passing me the big CASH on that day.

Due to the reason that, quite many of us to visit the center, we will only provide KFC lunch for the orphanage. I strongly suggest you to take a heavy brunch before joining.

Happy New Year! Sorry for my laziness to update the blog closely. In fact, the charity preparation will still going on and never stop ..

Good news! As of today, the collection is RM18420. Even though we don’t meet the target to 20k, but, we got the sponsorship on new shirts to the kids, and New Year’s present to each kid staying in the center. Clown service will be sponsored by Raymond, that RM450 already included in total above.

We are planning to visit both of the centers, Good Samaritan Home (Orphanage Home) and Pusat Warga Emas (Old Folk Home).

Find below AGENDA, whoever love to join us, please feel free to come:
9:00 am- Meeting up at Setia Alam for the good breakfast
10:00 am - Stuffs loading, collect KFC and Pau
11:30 am - Arrive the center, Good Samaritan Home (Orphanage Home)
12:30 pm- Lunch serving to the kids
1:00 pm – Arriving of Mr Clown and games time
3:15 pm – Wrap up and leaving Orphanage Home
3:30 pm – Arrive the Pusat Warga Emas (Old Folk Home)
3:45 pm - Yum Char with uncles and aunties in the center. As requested, “PAU” time.
5:00 pm – Wrap up and leaving Old Folk Home

25-Dec-2013 (Tues):

Merry Christmas! Raymond is so kind help to do a site survey over the weekend. No chance to meet he founder but one of the kid, Joshua. For the clown service, we can get them to perform in their main compound approximately 20' x 20'.

We have received the center need list. There is not much difference compare to other centers, except the kids are asking for scientific calculators, washing machine, mathematics tools, markers and etc.

28-Nov-2012 (Wed):
Sean has just gave a call to the center to ask about the wish from the kids. My tears were almost dropped after listening to their wish ... that they wish to have a new cloth for the new year, not the recycle cloth. A very simple wish that we have been buying every month :(
My dear friend, your support and contribution definately can help to fullfill their dream easily! We need your supports and helps to give them more and fulfill more dream of them ...

The founder informed that they prefer us to bring the kids eat out as they have not less chance to eat out. May be we can bring them to KFC near by the center. They are 35 kids & 5 adults.

2009 - Ulu Yam

We persisted and continue to organize this meaningful event . This is our  third year to do so. This year (2009) .. with good team work, good heart and good supports from fellow colleagues, friends. relatives. we collected total RM12760.00!! Thanks to DHL, Timo, FedEx, Mesiniaga, Nokia Siemen, iPerintis, Agenda Solution, Fujitsu friends etc . Sorry if I missed out any company from my list. Thanks for your kind and beautiful hearth to support this charity event :) Oh ... Chinese New Year is coming ... I love mandarin orange It's tea time ... This year,we decided to pay a visit to an old folks house and disabled center which located at Ulu Yam. This is a center which receive no government subsidize, they need public supports with daily needs and medication. Today,  10-Jan-2009 around 11:30am, we arrived Persatuan Bantuan Keluarge Selangor @ Ulu Yam. There are quite number of old folks staying in the center. Also, unlucky group with handicapp...
